Legno (Wood) (1962)
This artwork has an orthogonal composition of wooden strips dark-black coloured. It is part of the Legni collection, artworks with which Brajo Fuso reinterprets the abstract-geometric painting of the early 1900s to examine the figurative possibilities of the material. His research leads him to regular concepts without completely renouncing his extravagancies, as proved by metallic applications on a red background.
